By using our website www.mojtoner.mk and the services of the web sales of Apollo DOOEL, you are aware of and agree to our Terms of Use and that you fully accept them. If our Terms of Use are unacceptable to you, please do not use this web site nor the services offered.

In this way APOLLO DOOEL guarantees that the content of this website, as well as the conditions for its use, are in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of N. Macedonia. On the other hand, APOLLO DOOEL does not guarantee that the content and use of the services is in accordance with the laws of other countries from which the consumer could access this web site.

If you visit this website or use our services outside the territory of the Republic of N. Macedonia, you are aware of the consequences and therefore, you are responsible for any violation of the applicable laws of the country from which you access the website or use of our services. 3. Delivery

The courier service takes over the shipment from the warehouse of APOLLO DOOEL every working day from Monday to Friday from 8-16h, with the usual delivery time to your address for about 24h. on the territory of the city of Skopje, while for addresses outside the territory of Skopje, the usual delivery time is 48h. If the goods are picked up on Friday or before a holiday, delivery usually takes one or two working days. For the delivery to be successful you need to be present at the address indicated for delivery.

Only if there is a problem with the availability of products, or products are on demand, our operator will contact you immediately upon the receipt of your order or within one to two business days. If the order is made on Friday after 12 o'clock, weekend or during holidays, the operator will contact you at the beginning of the next working week.

4. Right to product complaint

When the ordered product is delivered to you, you must immediately review it in order to determine if the product corresponds to your order.

If the delivered product does not correspond to the order in relation to the description, the code, quantity or other reasons differs/deviates from the ordered product, then you have the right to request a replacement within 5 days from the date of sale.

In a case when an inadequate product is delivered, please inform us at sales@mojtoner.mk or on 02 / 3092-995 within 24 days from the receipt of the goods. We will notify you as soon as possible of the further steps that need to be taken in order to fullfill your rights as a customer.

If APOLLO DOOEL does not have the same product that will replace the delivered inadequate product, then you have the right to request refund of money or wait for the product to be replaced with the appropriate one when available. APOLLO DOOEL is obliged to notify you if there is such a product for sale within 30 days from the day of receipt of the request.

In the case of a money refund, the money will be returned to the account, which you would need to provide in the replacement request.

5. Delivery of defective product

When the ordered product is delivered to you, you are obliged to immediately inspect it in order to determine if there are some deficiencies between the delivered and ordered product.

The product has flaws when it fails to fulfill the general safety obligation set below, or not provide the security that it is entitled to, on the basis of all circumstances, the person expects to have it: - on the basis of the presentation of the product - the use for which it is reasonable that the product will be used; - the time when the product is placed on the market; and - when it fails to meet the general obligation of co-existence specified in the Law for Customer Protection or contractual obligations.

A safe product is any product that in normal or reasonably foreseeable conditions of use, including the expiry date, does not represent any risk or the risk is minimal and is appropriate to the benefit of the use of the product and which meets the conditions to be provided a high level of protection of the safety and health of people, taking into account: - the characteristics of the product, including its composition, packaging, instructions for assembly, use and maintenance; - the action on other products where it is logical that it will be used together with other products; - the presentation of the product, its labels, labeling, instructions for use, dumping and any other markings or information given for the product, and - categories of customers, especially children and the elderly who are at risk of using the product.

The customer to whom the defective product has been sold has the right at its own discretion to require: - free removal of the deficiencies of the product or compensation for the costs incurred for removing the defect; - proportionate reduction in the selling price; - replacement of the product with an appropriate product with the same trade mark, type, industrial design or designation of origin and geographical indication of the product; - replacement of the product with an appropriate product with other trademark, type, industrial design or designation of origin and geographical indication of the product with an appropriate reduction or increase in the production price and - termination of the contract, repayment of the paid amount and compensation for the damage suffered.

The customer has no right to terminate the contract if the lack of the product is minimal.

In order for the customer to exercise the rights stated above he/she is obliged to submit an appropriate certificate. APOLLO DOOEL is obliged to receive the product with a defect from the customer and to satisfy its requirements, unless it proves that the deficiencies of the product have occurred due to violation of the rules for use and storage by the customer, third parties or force majeure. The customer has the right to be present during the product quality check.

In the case of a refund, they will be returned to the account you will specify in the relevant Request.

6. Changing the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use

APOLLO DOOEL reserves the right at any time and without prior notice to change the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use. Therefore, in order to keep up to date with any changes, and given that they are binding on you and us, we invite you to periodically check if such changes have occurred.

These Terms of Use are interpreted exclusively in accordance with the laws of the N. Macedonia.

10. Policy and terms of delivery of a product and service

This Policy refers to the delivery of products ordered electronically, whereby the products will be delivered through the selected courier company at the address specified in the order.

The products and their prices will be displayed on the website www.mojtoner.mk. Payment of the products can be with a credit / debit card, with non-cash payment of a pro-forma invoice or cash payment when goods are delivered to you by the courier service.

Postal costs are included or added to the final price of the product depending on the total value of your purchase.

11. Money return policy with credit/debit cards
